Dr. Ragini Singla
“The most rewarding part of my day is when patients tell me they learned something new at their visit. I love being able to connect and laugh with my patients – going to the dentist doesn’t have to be scary!”
Dr. Singla is originally from Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania. She left her rural roots for New York City to attend college at New York University with a Presidential Honors Scholarship. She went on to study cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry at Temple University School of Dentistry. During that time she served as President of her class and Vice President of the American Association of Women Dentists. After graduating from Temple, she completed a residency at Sacred Heart Hospital, where she gained experience in managing complex medical issues, pediatrics, surgery, implants, and Invisalign. Dr. Singla lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Moki, who she often calls for tech support. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and Netflix marathons.


Dr. Ragini Singla appeared on CBS's "American Health Front" to discuss the benefits of Invisalign.


Our Philosophy

At FlossNYC, your oral health is our top priority. We have specific goals for our patients:

• Patients are cavity-free within six months of their first visit
• Patients understand bleeding gums are a sign of infection, and they brush and floss regularly to maintain teeth and gums
• Patients understand that periodontal disease is linked to systemic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and premature birth

Dr. Singla takes pride in educating patients on the link between oral hygiene and systemic health, and learned this connection early on from her father – an oncologist. Dr. Singla believes that dentists have a responsibility to examine patients for oral cancer, and each patient at FlossNYC receives a free oral cancer screening at their dental cleanings and checkups.

Patients are treated like family at FlossNYC. We are committed to making your visit comfortable and pleasant – comfort breaks, neck pillows, and custom formulated extra strength pre-numbing gel are all part of your treatment. Each patient is unique, and Dr. Singla creates an open dialogue to address specific needs. Appointments are never rushed and she always takes the time to answer questions and concerns.
